We accept American Express, Discover MasterCard and Visa. All transactions are in US dollars.

Nurture collects 7% sales tax on products shipped to the residents of Indiana.
Returns and Exchanges
Nurture is happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 90 days from receipt of merchandise.
Merchandise must be unused and in it's original condition.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, however no reshipping charges apply to exchanges*
*(a shipping charge may apply to re ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii, and overweight orders on a case by case basis)

Include your name, address, email address, reason for return, order number and a request for either a refund or exchange. Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
$3.50 flat rate shipping. Free shipping for gift cards and orders over $50.
Unless noted on the individual product page, all orders are shipped the next business day after you place your order and often the same business day. For your convenience, we offer several shipping options. Flat rate shipping is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail dependent upon package weight and takes an average of 2-3 business days, but is not guaranteed and may take up to 10 days.
Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.
In Store Pick Up
Items ordered for in store pick up are immediately available at our downtown Mass Ave. location. You will receive a notification email shortly after ordering advising when your item will be available for pick up.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you via email. The remainder of the order will be shipped.
Check Status of Order
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email stating when your package was sent and via what shipping service.
